From an early age, Novo Staffing's owner and creator, Montana Crisp, felt a “calling” or need to serve and challenge himself, so the natural path for him was the Marine Corps. At the end of Montana's enlistment, he joined the staffing/recruiting industry where he gained valuable knowledge about the urgency of hiring while still following a thorough process.
Throughout the years, Montana has maintained that need to serve and do something with purpose. With the growing struggles regarding veterans and mental health, Montana saw an opportunity to take all his professional experience and passion for serving and give back to the veteran community. And Veterans aren't the only ones in need. America as a whole has seen an increase in mental health issues, as well as children being diagnosed with autism and other intellectual disabilities. The need for highly qualified professionals to help has followed suit.
With my wife being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and other family members being special educators and healthcare professionals, I have learned so much about the work and some of the struggles they face. I saw Novo Staffing as an opportunity to contribute and make a difference in the Mental/Behavioral Health field.

We perform thorough education, credential, and technical verifications, complete reference checks, qualify candidates for all technical ability, qualify candidates to ensure a cultural fit.
Create profiles for each candidate and submit them to clients including all required documents and references, coordinate interviews and next steps throughout the clients' process.
Walk through each step for both candidates and clients to ensure the process is smooth. Continue to stay in touch with both candidates and clients throughout the process even after the candidate is hired.
